General Ordering Questions:

1. Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to ship. This is currently a nessessity for us as we also have day jobs and other things going on right now along with some of our kits are built when ordered. If we go more than 2 weeks without contacting you, please email us to make sure we got the order and that we are working on it. Be assured we will get your order out. 

2. For orders within the US: We can only accept Paypal(through our website) or Money Orders....that's all, sorry. Paypal orders are only shipped to the Paypal verified address. For International Orders, please see the information below.

3. If you would like to pay with a credit card, please contact one of the dealers listed in our dealer list. They all accept Visa/MC. Click on the link at the left side of the page "Rad Dealers".

4. We can not accept orders via phone only email currently. If you need answers to questions, please email us first. You will get a reply via email much quicker than by phone. We apologize for this, but right now i don't have time to return calls or take orders on the phone.

5. Also, we will not break our kits into components (other than what we offer already). If it is a rare circumstances, then it will be left at our discretion. This is for those that are trying to get around buying just parts to save a few dollars. Please remember, we spend a lot of time working on getting the parts correct, then having them manufactured(or making them ourselves), marketing and providing support. If you bend a tube we can sell you another set, however, please be prepared to provide proof that you own the original turnbuckles that came with our kit originally. We may even ask that you send them in.

International Orders:

Q: Do you have a payment option for international customers?
A: Yes, we now have 2 options. The first is sending us an International Money Order(or Bank Check) and the second is the use of the online payment service that we use. Click Here to visit the onine payment system we use. Email us for our ID to send the payment to.

Q: How much is shipping for international orders?
A: That really depends on what country your are in. If you would like to place an order, please email us with the items you would like to order and where you are located. We will send you a total to send via one of the 2 payment options listed above.
