Here's some info about calling and ordering:

1. Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to ship. This is currently a nessessity for me as i also have a day job and other things going on right now. If we go more than 2 weeks without contacting you, please email us to make sure we got the order or we are working on it. Be assured we will get your order out. 

2. We(Rad R/C Racing Products) only accept Paypal(through our website) or Money Orders....that's all, sorry. Paypal orders are only shipped to the Paypal verified address.

3. If you would like to pay with a credit card, please contact one of the dealers listed in our dealer list. They all accept Visa/MC. Click on the link at the left side of the page "Rad Dealers".

Phone Calls: We can not accept orders via phone only email currently. If you need answers to questions, please email us first. You will get a reply via email MUCH quicker than by phone. We apologize for this, but right now i don't have time to return calls or take orders on the phone.

One last thing....we will not break our kits into components (other than what we offer already) unless it is a rare circumstances and will be left at our discretion.

Ordering the wrong kit....please note: you will be required to return all items that do not fit your kit if you order the wrong kit. We will ship you the replacements once we get the originals back....and you will either be refunded or charged the difference. We have had several people order the lower cost kits and then say they got the wrong kit for their truck. Please check to make sure which truck you have before ordering. That will save a lot of hassles on both sides.
